Quick and helpful customer service
My Berkey spigot was leaking, and customer service quickly sent me a helpful guide. It seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you!

Corrosion problem
We had a corrosion problem on the lower tank and on the nut and washers of our BERKEY ROYAL.
After exchanging several emails with Ayhan from BERKEY, we received a first package with a new stainless steel faucet and a tank that had clearly already been used and was damaged.
So I sent the tank back with a return label provided by Ayhan. And a few days later, we received a brand new tank.
Many thanks to Ayhan and BERKEY for this transaction
