We love these pans.
Had an issue with a couple and returned them for testing. Turns out I haven’t been cleaning them properly for years.
Jacquie in Customer Support was amazingly helpful. She gave us all the information we needed to return them, the engineer’s findings and our options.
As the fault was ours, we had the option of getting our pans back, or purchasing replacements.
We bought replacements.
The whole communication and service was second to none.
I highly recommend this company and their pans.

We bought a set of pots in July 2023, just recently one of the pots started to bubble, I emailed the company and received a response within hours, I followed the instructions received and returned the pot, three days later after returning the pot I received notification that a replacement would be sent, two days later the pot has been replaced. I cannot ask for a better service than this, Berghoff will always be the first company to check for similar products.

After some communication, earlier in the year and on their advice, l deep cleaned my pan, but this only weakened the surface more. Finally l returned the pan. Although BergHOFF denied the faulty surface, they immediately replaced my pan with a new one.
So, ultimately, I'm very happy with the customer service and response, although slightly miffed at their implication that this was a fault of my own making and poor maintenance!!

There was a problem with my order (I was sent the wrong item). We are all human and we all make mistakes from time-to-time so my judgement of a company is not based on looking for ones that never make mistakes, I'm interested in what happens when they do.
In this case I received an reply to my email within 2 hours. The person accepted responsibility on behalf of the company, apologised and told me how they were going to put it right.
I had one further query so replied to their email and I received clarification within 5 minutes.
The correct item was shipped and arrived the next day.
I've used their products for a few years and highly rate them. It's now really nice to know that they have customer service that backs up what they are doing.

I have a set of 5 pans. 6 years old. The saute pan got fluffy...no metal ever used on it..... I use to regularly perhaps thrice weekly. I damaged my frying pan...customer services were very good. Agreeing to replace the saute pan at a good reduced price. I also purchased a new sauce pan. Jackie was very helpful and I look forward to my new replacements. I see a complaint about no phone number for berghoff....+442082072228. For me the system worked perfectly. I've been very happy with my pan set..

Have a number of Berghoff items. Bought 24" saucepot but after a few months noticed a fault inside the glass lid. Contacted Berghoff and Marina from customer services was very helpful and a replacement lid was sent out. Good service experience.

After buying a frying pan at the Ideal home show which was great. I then wished to buy more. Mum & I decided to split a set. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong set! I emailed customer service and they confirmed my error! They were very helpful in providing details of how to return and have now arranged to send the correct pan set on receipt of the wrong ones. I had purchased a grill pan two years ago and experienced a problem with the removable handle. I emailed BergHOFF photos of the handle were sent but I couldn’t provide proof of purchase. The response was very prompt a replacement handle was sent to me.

I bought a saute pan at The Ideal Home exhibition on 25 March 2025. On the third use on 10th May 2025 the glass lid shattered and pieces were scattered on the hob snd kitchen worktop.. I emailed Burgeoff twice but have not have a response.
Update
I since had a response by email and a new lid was delivered on 17th June 2025.I would like to thank them for getting me a replacement lid so swiftly.

Had a problem with surface of 28 cm frying pan after approx 2 years, contacted Berghoff as still under warranty. Submitted pictures as requested, then retuned pan for examination, Berghoff agreed it was covered under warranty & replaced. Only slight downside is we paid the second class postage to return the pan for Berghoff to inspect!
