If you’re looking for a Training and Development provider that ignores calls, overlooks emails, and never follows up, Be Pro Development might be perfect for you.

I contacted them multiple times by phone and online, leaving messages each time. The one call they did answer was handled by someone with minimal knowledge, who assured me I’d get a call back — I didn’t. Even an email to the Managing Director, Georgina S., went unanswered. Communication seems to be optional here, so consider that before investing your time or money.

I used BePro during my resettlement from the Armed Forces to study my CIPD Level 5 Human Resource Management. I previously enrolled myself onto a qualification with another training provider which was cancelled at short notice, leaving no time to book a new course during my resettlement. In addition, all my funds were tied up with the previous training provider and would take weeks to be resolved due to the ELC scheme. BePro allowed me to enrol on their block course prior to payment and provided an outstanding service throughout. The Trainers (Val & Georgina) were very supportive and went out their way to ensure that the course was a success.

I would recommend BePro to anyone wishing to gain accredited qualifications and I will be using them in the future for my own CPD.

I have recently completed my level 5 CIPD diploma with bepro. I have really enjoyed my studies,and found the content of the lectures interesting. The tutors are all very knowledgeable and on hand should you have any queries. I would recommend bepro to anyone thinking of studying for CIPD.

I am doing my L7 Extended diploma in Strategic Leadership with Be Pro - I am doing this distance learning in my own time. I started in August 2016 and expected it to take 18 months - I have one assignment to submit and I am excited about finishing and applying for CMI Chartered Manager status. I have email support from Val, and she is on the end of a phone if I need her. I have loved doing this qualification with BePro, I receive a text book, spend time to read & digest it, complete the assignment, send it to be marked, receive the feedback and crack on with the next module. I am self taught, there is no tuition via the route I am following. I get constructive feedback, and have been really able to use this qualification in my day job. If you are self driven, and don't want to attend class, happy to learn from text and your own research, this online distance learning course is perfect! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I completed the CIPD Level 5 Diploma with BePro through distance learning. Their learning materials via BePro Active (online portal) was absolutely excellent, easy to understand and provided clear guidance throughout the course. The course Tutors were extremely helpful and friendly and their response time to questions were very quick (same day). I would, and have highly recommended them to prospective learners.
