Great Customer Service
Item arrived quickly, but unfortunately one of the two sculptures was broken. Contacted customer services and received a replacement within a couple of days. Have bought several items from Bentley's, and always been really happy with my purchases.

After sales are brilliant, I ordered a statue that arrived damaged, they emailed to apologise and within 2 days I had a replacement.

Wallowing hippos 3 piece set
Ordered the hippo set - they are great and I like them but nowhere near as heavy as I expected them to be, I had the impression from the website they were a heavy resin construction but they are thin walled hollow with a stuck on plastic base so I don’t hold much hope for them lasting outside.

I absolutely love the item I ordered .Three children on a make shift bridge looking very much like my grandchildren. It is beautifully made and something to treasure . This was my first purchase from Bentleys but definitely won’t be my last .
