Do not trust this brand, I bought a new car with a faulty window and I have been fobbed off by Bentley. Even though the fault was evident from the first year with several botched repairs from Bentley Manchester and Van Mossel Motors, I have been left to cover the costs myself. I could never recommend this brand.
Bentley worldwide has the worst customer service you can imagine. I teported an issue with my Bentley Bentaygaabout heating which apprently is a manufacturing fault. Brntley has done s recall for continental GT but they want me to pay for the repairs.
They did not even have to decency to tell me no they will not pay for it.
For the best part of 3 years I’ve never had any issues with any of my cars until I had a problem with my wife’s continental in which Bentley Berkshire said they could have sorted within 7 days which actually ended up taking 3 weeks
I recently had a chance to take a ride on my favorite Bentley model - Continental GT, and to be sincere, I was stunned.
You feel like you are flowing on the waves, for sure. Everything's so smooth, inside is so silent, and you don't understand that you are driving on the highway.
That is something I like most about Bentley, and as far as I know, it's their calling card. Due to the specific manufacturing tricks, they have managed to build a big ship on wheels.
