Once the test bed was tried to find out the type of mattress we wanted, It simplified the whole process. No hard sell, Neil was very knowledgeable and left us to work out which type of mattress we liked once he had shown us a selection, even swapping the preferred mattress onto a different base to help with our decision. 10/10

From entering the shop to delivery of our new mattress, it’s been fantastic. Excellent advice in store from Gary, no pushy sales talk. Time to consider options on a variety of mattresses and clear advice on looking after our mattress. Small additional charge for the removal of old mattress made everything much easier. Delivery on time by courteous Luke and Paul who again gave advice on caring for our new mattress .

Easy to purchase, delivered on time. Love our new mattress. Always buy from them this is the 3rd bed we have had the others were TV beds. Always find them competitive on price too and good that you can see what you want to buy in a showroom. I bought this one from Worcester and the last one from Kidderminster, both great service

Sales manager non pushy , easy to communicate with , showed us all the mattress’s within our budget range . Communication on delivery was A1 . The delivery guys took off their shoes and place the mattress on to the bed with no problems . We were extremely satisfied
