Amazing experience

This is my second time dealing with Hannah and she clearly loves her job. Very friendly, attentive, and makes the whole experience a breeze, no mucking about. Surprised at the wait time for the mattress so can only assume these are popular currently, otherwise my preference will always be to shop here, the Witney store in particular.

Excellent service
Richard was professional really helpful, was very knowledgable and understood what I wanted from a new mattress (several as I was buying for our young adults in the family also). He spent time with me explaining all the options and really worked hard until I was completely satisfied. Not pushy at all. He also followed up the following day to make me aware of better terms that had just been made available.
