I ordered a bed with Dreams (“Nightmares”) based upon their 7 day delivery timescale. A day prior to my expected delivery day I received a message advising my delivery was delayed and I could expect an update in 7 days. I went into my local store after struggling to get through to them online and was told that I was “another person ordering online who expected them to solve my problems in store” and that my bed was stuck in the Middle East and was expected in 12 weeks. As they were so abrupt, I left and went to Bensons for Beds in Warrington and spoke to Gary who was absolutely wonderful, a proper salesman and knew exactly what we needed. I advised him of my budget and my desperation for a quick delivery and he took me around the store, showed me a bed that was exactly what I was looking for and a mattress that was not only super comfortable but well within my budget. He sorted everything for me within twenty minutes, and a week later my bed has been delivered and is perfect! If you’re local to Warrington, definitely give this store a visit if you’re in the market for a bed because I cannot fault them at all! Thanks Gary!

I purchased a king size bed with a slumberland mattress and after a short time the mattress stared to bobble which I would not expect from a quality mattress and it does not look very good, I informed Bensons and they sent someone to view the mattress and they told me it was not a manufactures problem and there was nothing they could do, slumberland made it, if it was not a manufactures problem who's problem was it. I will not buy from Bensons for beds in the future. Graham

Georgina, was very helpful and proffessional with trying to help me choose a mattress. I told her what i thought I wanted and then we explored different options. Everything went smoothly from choosing to paying and then delivery. The mattress was delivered to the bedroom as advised (luckily as it was huge)!!!!

Good assembly service. The team are rushing probably due to lack of time allowed by bensons per drop. Ask them to take extra care as if it's there own home. I now have a great new bed along with some wall scuffs to attend to.

Georgina at the Warrington store was absolutely fantastic. She was so knowledgeable, kind, helpful and genuinely wanted to help us find a more suitable mattress. She took time with us to really explain the differences between products and didn’t rush us into a decision. Looking forward to our new mattress arriving soon. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

Gary was bloody great. And he liked marvel so an extra point for that. So knowledgable and helpful. No pushy sales stuff and wanted us to get the right bed.

Really inspiring range and the customer service was great, told me everything i wanted to know, let me try out all the different products but didnt pressure me into making an immediate decision.
