I had come from Dreams as I didn't know B for B was even there, I only saw it as I went to a shop nearby. Immediately I was greeted by Rob, who I later found out was the manager, he was helpful approachable, charming and welcoming without being too much or pushy as was my experience in Dreams. We had a general chat and he gave me the space to look around making it clear that he was available if I needed anything again I didn't get this is Dreams where I nearly didn't even get a bed following my experience there. Anyway I did get a bed and mattress, it's being delivered today and I cant' thank Rob enough for all of his help and expertise. Infact by the time I left I think I'd spoken to most of the staff about various things, they have created a lovely friendly professional environment where they get the job done without being overtly salesy (don't think that's a word) in other words i didn't leave empty handed or stressed. I would definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends. One thing though you really could do something with the shop front signage, it doesn't reflect the professionalism of the staff inside

Bought a wardrobe for £1.800 waited Ten weeks for delivery and they sent a wardrobe that was the wrong colour. Phoned them up and they said maybe install it and they would then order the correct parts to replace any that needed changing 🤣 I said no Obviously! So if I want to get the same wardrobe, I will have to wait another 10 weeks I have ask them for my money back!

Perfection from start to finish. Care was taken in delivering the new bed and taking the other away.
The bed is wonderful and l have never slept so well in the past. Great experience. Thank you.

We had a great experience in the store. The staff were friendly and not pushy in the slightest. Gave us time to look around the store first. Gave honest advice when choosing the best mattress to go with my daughter's new bed.

Awful delivery service, they left 3 super king size beds and mattress in living room for myself and my wife to carry upstairs. They said the delivery time is 2 pm but they actually delivered in the evening around 7pm.

At main store , Great service, friendly and extremely patient & helpful.
Some delivery issues easily resolved by the company but nothing that would prevent me from using Bensons in the future. Delivery services very good.
