sold a bed without all the information and when the issue was raised (sold a powered ottoman bed that neesds a certain weight) I am accuesed of lying and the store told me about the wieght which tey did not as they were closing.
The engineers that installed teh bed said it was a common issue as people aren't told as did the technician that came to look at it, but itis me that is making htis up. shambles of a lying company that I will never use again.

Excellent service! I didn’t expect any discounts as the sofa beds I wanted to buy are cheaper already. But the staff showed me the offer that l I will have was too surprised me! He was made my day and only 10 days waiting to delivery 2 sofa beds. Super good and happy.

This is the 2nd purchase I have made thanks to the knowledge of Andrzej. Would recommend. Great choice of beds and mattresses.

Professional friendly service.

The service was satisfactory but the prices are relatively expensive compared, for example, with Amazon, which has many mattresses for sale for under £100, one or two even including free delivery and few for sale at over £200. Admittedly Bensons offer a five year guarantee as kindly mentioned in the sale but its small print includes so many restrictions for wear and tear and whatever that to me it seems of little value.

Ugh, just horrible pushy salespeople in store. You're not doing yourselves any favours. People do not want to be sold to like that. Try reading the room, or asking people some questions that can actually get to what they need rather than spouting endless features and benefits that mostly are unnecessary. Surprising that we stayed as long in store as we did. Only redeeming feature is that their products are actually alright!

Lynn who dealt we use was so polite and helpful , she really took an interest in what we wanted and needed, she found an alternative to the bed we thought we wanted and supplied us with a bed much more practical in storage, size and comfort

Review is largely based on the shopping experience, which I found was excellent. I also visited other bed stores but found Bensons to be much clearer and easier to follow. All the products I eventually bought were on display.

I was welcomed and guided by Andrej who was really helpful without pushing for a sale, he answered all my questions promptly, sending multiple quotes via email when I wanted a different mattress/headboard type.

In other bed stores I found the staff almost disinterested, preferring to get on with in store tasks instead.

Gareth was great and made the bed buying decision easy and stress free. He was very informative about the options and left us to wander around the store trying different beds and pillows.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Eric in the Stockport store. Initially bought the igel 2050i firm and decided to change as not quite as comfortable as I need albeit the hubby was very happy. Due to the 45 day tryout I have been able to change and gone for igel 3500i firm but has plush top which gives me the softness I require for comfort. The whole experience has been fantastic, great customer support.

The sales advisor in store was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave useful advice and a range of options for the bed that we had chosen. He was very approachable but also gave us space whilst we were browsing.

Helpful and not pushy. Left us to have a look around and then gave us excellent customer service. Gareth I think he was called was lovely. Always buy my bedroom furniture from Benson's as I trust them.
