Very good customer service.
On my first visit in July I just wanted to check prices etc. I saw Gemma who was very helpful and let me try various mattresses. I went away as I was due to move house.
Once I'd moved house I went back after deciding on the mattress I wanted. This time I saw Morgan, she was also very helpful.

Kath was lovely to deal with. Everything explained to us very clearly and we knew when the product would be delivered. The delivery service excellent as well. Couldn’t fault anything. Would certainly deal with this Company again.

All Sarah and her team at the Fleetwood Freeport store were really helpful and explained all our options for my mum’s new bed. The delivery process was easy to use as I had to delay at one point. I cannot fault the team that delivered the bed for and put it together. A great retailer from this experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Very impressed with Bensons in Fleetwood
From the minute we walked in to Bensons at Affinity Fleetwood our experience was good. We were looking for bedroom furniture and Kath, the salesperson, was very helpful. She worked with our measurements to find the best range for us. It was a really bonus that Bensons can arrange assembly. We will definitely be going back here when we want a new bed.

Great customer service in store
Great customer service in store, went in 4 times with mum and dad, then daughter, SIL and granddaughter before choosing our products. Every time they amended our quote to reflect the changes in choices, no bother. Very impressed.

Can't thank all the staff enough. The 4 ladies in the shop and the 3 delivery men were all extremely helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this firm. Would give more stars if I could. Customer Service staff couldn't have been more helpful too. Great service all round . Thank you very much.
