Benson were updated & a new delivery date was provided but, it should not have been a problem if the bed was pre-tested/checked

Great overall experience
Great overall experience. Highly recommend this store from our own experience. Richard explained the purchase process, the different mattress options, provided quotations, allowed us to ask questions which were addressed. There was no pressure to sign any paperwork. Communication through out the process from order to delivery. The delivery team were extremely respectful of our home. Thank you.

I went back to the store to find the same salesman i had brought a fold out couch from 2 months ago as his service was exceptional. I received the same level of service again while choosing a bed with him. Delivery was quick and efficient with regular phone calls from the driver to update me and delivery service met the exceptional service I recieved in store. The bed is exactly right for our room with plenty storage and Ive had my best nights sleep ever on our new mattress

Bensons Farnborough 5*
Nasim was very polite when we ordered our Bed back in Feb, we were due to move to our new property in the March but unfortunately the chain collapsed so our bed order had to be pushed back. Nasim was patient and showed us real empathy, she really went out of her way and communication was spot on. She kindly managed to postpone delivery until Sept and the 2 gents arrived yesterday who delivered & assembled our new bed were spot on, very tidy & polite. All round a very positive experience & would not hesitate recommending you to friends & family. Thankyou :)

Very impressed with Bensons for Beds
Very impressed with Bensons for Beds. They put so much effort into helping to find the right type of bed and mattress and work out the prices etc we were very pleased with them and their support. I even took a week or more to complete the purchase and I changed my Mind on the headboard but again it was all sorted by phone. As for delivery they were informative and within time slot and assembly was quick and easy. Not actually slept on new bed yet but will do in the next few days. Looking forward to a good nights sleep.

Your delivery guys were great. Our cottage is awkward but they managed well.
Unfortunately one of the mattresses was quite damp when we unpacked it.
