Excellent Staff and Service
My partner and I had an excellent time in the Falkirk Bensons for Beds all thanks to the knowledgeable and charming salesman Neil. He guided us through all of the options for both beds and mattress’s and answered any questions we had with relevant, high quality and detailed answers. His customer care was of the highest standard from start to finish and made the whole experience enjoyable. We hadn’t visited any other bed or mattress stores beforehand and didn’t need to afterwards. He definitely deserves the 5 star rating.

Excellent company & service
Excellent company. I found the bed I was looking for and ordered it. I was advised that it would likely be a 4-6 week wait for delivery as there wasn't one in the country. A couple of days later, I received an email to say it would be 12 -16 weeks. I called the shop I had ordered the bed from to be advised this was a standard email, mine was definitely 4-6 weeks away. A few minutes later I received a call to say there had been a cancellation and if I wished, I could get my bed in 10 days! Happy days. The bed was delivered (for a cost) and put together (for an extra cost) and the guys took away all the packaging. One very happy customer

Benson's headboards
Staff in the shop are excellent, very polite and helpful. They clearly have knowledge and expertise about their products. Delivery staff were also very good. The only issue I have is that I was not aware that the delivery staff would not put the 2 pieces of my headboard together for me
