Not pressured upon arrival, had time to browse. Initially we did not intend to buy anything. Check delivery charges
I found a suitable headboard but was told that stock was not held instore. I therefore arranged to collect it from the store a few days later but was advised that a £49 delivery charge would still apply!! Whilst there was a notice stating that a delivery charge would be made for purchases, I (wrongly) assumed that this only applied to delivery to the purchaser's home address. If the charge applies to delivery to store, it is a predefined sum and should be included in the advertised price. Not to do so is misrepresentation.

Lovely Slumberland divan & headboard
I ordered a Slumberland king size divan base with 2+2 drawers, along with an Erin headboard; I love them. Colour is great (Linen Beige) & the headboard is really substantial. Staff in store were really helpful & the delivery experience was excellent; am more than happy with my purchase,
