The whole experience was great from start to finish. The staff were approachable knowledable, the choice extensive. Nothing was too much trouble. The delivery guys were great they kept in contact and did as promised they arrived within the time slot, dismantled and bought in and set up new frame. Would definately recommend.

We had visited the store twice before and done some research into the type of mattress we wanted, when we had one in mind I called the store to check it was in the showroom and spoke to the manager, Mark. He was very polite and helpful on the phone and we headed to the store as the one we wanted to try was there. When we arrived we were greeted by Mark who remembered our phone call and he gave us lots of advice and pointed us in the direction of similar mattresses to the one we originally tried out. He gave us plenty of space to try out as many mattresses as we wanted, but was always on hand for advice and any questions we had. We chose a mattress through his recommendations and actually saved a lot of money in comparison to the original mattress we had gone to look at. We were extremely happy with the service we received and are so excited for our mattress to arrive!

Najeeb was fantastic. He treated me with patience and shared his knowledge of the bed bases and mattresses in store. There was no pressure to buy, which pleasantly surprised me. As the store was so peaceful - I returned several times before committing to buy. Each time, I got the same level of care. I was also assisted by Mark during a re-visit. Thanks, guys, for a hassle-free shopping experience.

I had ordered two identical mattresses at the time of ordering with same delivery date. On the delivery day, when the driver showed up he told me he has only one mattress (there was no intimation or communication to me of any change to my delivery for the second mattress and I was expecting it to come together). I had to chase the store a few times to get some update on what happened and was then given a delivery date of 4 weeks later causing huge inconvenience as I was initially told both mattresses are coming together till the day of original delivery but they didn't turn up.

Delivery process was smooth and arrived on time with great communication throughout. This is my second purchase from Bensons for Beds this year and it has been very positive overall and better than Dreams. Would recommend.

Knowledgeable staff , very polite and efficient delivery. We tried the sleep machine then given recommendations for about 5 mattresses so not too much confusing choice. We chose wisely ,happy with choice and delivered within 4 days

He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He went through the ordering process efficiently and clearly. We were delighted with the excellent service he gave.

The sales staff that was was absolutely fantastic she knew everything that we asked about all the beds took her time explaining to us the difference between the beds, and gave us time to think what was best suited to us

The staff in the store are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing the right bed/mattress.
From buying a new mattress to the delivery it has been a positive experience. They keep you up to date with a progress SMS or by email then on the day of delivery I received a call from the driver 30 minutes before arrival plus a SMS. So I knew exactly what time to expect them.
