Chris and Gav, my delivery drivers were the best, they were professional and friendly. I was impressed that they had shoe covers with them and cared about not leaving a mess in my home, They went above and beyond and even moved another huge queen size mattress downstairs for me as they were concerned that I was going to do this on my own and it was very heavy. They really represented your company well and demonstrated a sense of community and care for their customers.
I have has a lot of deliveries over the last few weeks due to having so much work done on the house but your team really did stand out!

John in the store is such a nice man
John in the store is such a nice man - he’s polite, respectful and knowledgeable which is just what we needed with buying a new bed. We went to other bed stores locally and his manner was by far the best.

Excellent service
Everything was excellent from start to Finnish in show room staff very helpful and made things easy to get what we wanted thanks to Jonathan , did the order and came on time had all info sent by email aswel the fitters were brilliant they contacted me days before and on the day when they would arrive very clean and tidy and fitted new bed in place as we wanted and went through all the processes and maintain very happy with Chris and Adam they did a excellent job highly recommended.

A very easy decision
We enquired about a bed in February of this year, being aware that we would not be ready for delivery until possibly June. This was not a problem for John at the Crewe shop, he took us on a full tour of the shop allowing us along the way to make up own minds as we went along. It was July when we were ready for delivery, John had an offer which he applied and 3 days ago we took delivery. The guys who delivered the bed were quick, efficient and very polite taking all the packaging away too. We have had 3 nights of very comfortable sleep, thank you.

A great experience from beginning to end
The salesman in the shop was extremely helpful and offered all possible options of beds to cover our needs. He was also very friendly. We were kept up to date of all steps during the processing of the order. The delivery was spot on and the left the beds right in the bedroom. The delivery team was also also friendly. And the quality of beds is great, all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them for any beds needs
