A clean, bright and spacious shop, with staff that were polite, helpful, but not pushy. Understood what we wanted and listened and offered advice when and where needed, made for a good experience, shop.

The sales lady was very helpful, but there was a nan in the shop hoovering. We could barely hear ourselves think!
He knew we were struggling but continued. I could see the sales lady was quite upset by this man's behaviour.

Because when unpacking the bed a caster was damaged and unable to put the bed together but in fairness when got in touch with the company they put one in the post so waiting to get the part

popped into Bensons for beds,just to have a look,was going to compare with another bed shop,that didn't happen in the end,as my hubby and myself settled for the igel nano 4000i plush top mattress, having had this mattress for a month now,we can honestly say we have had the best nights sleep ever,don't feel anything when one of us turns over.
Brilliant help from,Jeff and team no pressure into making,any purchases,all very professional,and very helpful,right down to the delivery, communication all the way through, absolutely excellent service, very highly recommended.credit to the company,5+stars.

I was in the market for both a hybrid mattress and a divan base but didn't really want the hassle of ordering them separately online from two different places. Which would have two different delivery days, a possible mismatch between the two and no chance of actually seeing and 'feeling' the products.
Whilst looking at divan bases on Bensons web site I noticed they also sold Simba mattresses. So I decided to visit the store and I'm so glad I did.
There was a great product range that could be tried out and all supported by really helpful, personable but not pushy, staff. There was no need for me to do any of the ordering admin and all I provided was a delivery date and of course the, very reasonable, cost.
Communications prior to delivery was exemplary along with the delivery of the new and removal of the old.
The whole process was hassle free and I have no hesitation in giving all involved top marks.

The company were good at letting us know on the progress of the bed and the delivery date and estimated time. Also the delivery men were quick and efficient and careful in taking the bed upstairs and positioning and removing the wrapping. Well done , thank you.
