Buying the bed at Junction 32 retail…
Buying the bed at Junction 32 retail park was excellent. Kieran the salesman was excellent, friendly and helpfull but the delivery guys not so much. Virtually threw the bed into the house, l was told it would at least be taken upto my first floor bedroom, at 86 l really struggled to get it up my stairs and assembled but got it there eventually, good quality bed.

The salesman Jim at Castleford was informative but not pushy. We were able to take our time in trying the mattresses, narrowing down our preferences. We must have been about 90 minutes trying then spending a good amount of time on the one we chose to make sure it was right. We never felt rushed or pressured or we would have left. We purchased a lovely mattress which has made a big difference to my sleep. Thank you x

Delivery was great. The men were very efficient and very polite.
Choosing our new mattress was easy. The salesman listened to what we wanted. We bought the first one he recommended although did try a couple of others just to make sure.

Jim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and directed us towards a superb product at a competitive price.

Salesperson had good knowledge of mattresses I was interested in. Initially I had to lie down in my sleeping position whilst a machine checked the mattress firmness most suited to me. This was really beneficial.
