It feels like sleeping in a hotel luxury bed
We were looking for a bed that will help us have a great sleep and feel well rested especially now as new parents.
Parisa from Bensons for Beds in Cambridge Branch assisted us and given few choices of mattresses to try for us to find the best bed for us. A month later we have been delivered our new bed frame and mattress the delivery went smoothly and the two gentleman who delivered our bed were very professional and efficient. 3 nights after sleeping in our new bed we had the best sleep and felt quite rested - it’s just like sleeping in a hotel luxury bed.

Awesome experience
I was at the Benson’s Cambridge outlet in March 2026 and I had an excellent experience. The ambience of the store was calm, easy to walk through and check out the beds. It was also clean!
Most importantly my great experiences was aided by a young chap (whom I’ve forgotten his name now and been checking all I had that day for his name). He was very polite when he spoke, carefully explained to me the differences between the types of mattresses, the options I had and the promotions I could take advantage of.
I was able to get my bed and mattress delivered within a week! Which was just perfect for my timeline.
The assemblers were on time, set was was fast with minimal disturbances which I appreciated cos I was working from home that day. I appreciated that they covered their shoes when going up my stairs and packed the packages as they left.
In summary, I’ll come again to Bensons if I ever have a similar need and will recommend them.
It’ll be helpful if Bensons can send us email for review and include the name of the attendant. If I do find his name, l I’ll come back to edit this

40 NIGHTS of DISCOMFORT.
Firstly, this is about the principle and not the money.
So, secondly, be very careful of
' Bensons for beds ' 40 night return policy
I bought a eve Uno hybrid mattress, had it delivered mid February.
Found out fairly soon that this was not comfortable, but I had the safeguarding of the 40 night return policy.
On returning to B for B, I was wrongly given an extortionate price to return it by the store manager.
It would appear that any initial discount you received is added to the return charge.
After , a lot of emails to their customer service dept it was whittled down to an acceptable price.
However, by this time I'd had enough and declined any offers from them.
So, the 40 night old Eve Uno mattress is being rejected to the garage and the 8 year old pocket sprung reinstated to the bedroom.
So, basically.
Be very careful of the ' 40 night' return policy. If you had a discounted mattress,
you WILL NOT pay the advertised 10% charge, plus delivery cost - you WILL pay more .
Just wanted to warn people out there, so they don't make the same mistake I did.
Try IKEA,they do good mattresses.

We went into the Cambridge branch, and were met by Henry. We wanted a mattress protector. Henry explained in great detail the manufacture of all the different options, and demonstrated these also.
He was a delightful salesman, and a credit to your store.
We purchased a product at the top of the range, and are delighted with it.

Nobody take the mattress to upstair
The drivers did not take the mattress to upstairs. They did not follow the promise as Bensens made when they selling those mattresses. As a loyalty client, I ordered a lot from Bensons but never been taught such a lesson. Thank you for the awful service.

No hassles
We were after a mattress only, we were approached by Kieran, he introduced himself, then left us to roam the shop and we found the mattress we wanted.
We then ordered the mattress, which all went very smoothly.
