all the staff were very friendly and helpful kyle delt with me and my wife he explained everything about the mattress we bought. we are very pleased with our purchase and the delivery was great.

Staff were friendly and not pushy. We had time to look around before being approached. There was a technical issue with the finance application forms coming through via email but this was not the staff's fault and they were very apologetic. I received a hard copy of the paperwork and reassured I would receive a call from them later. I received a call later from the store staff and the finance application was completed with their support. Very happy with the service we were given

Me and my partner visited Bensons for Beds to look for a new mattress, and we were helped by Karen. She was absolutely lovely! Calm, friendly, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped us try different firmness levels using the machine, and made sure we understood what would suit us best. It was such a refreshing experience compared to the usual sales pressure you get elsewhere. Karen made us feel comfortable and confident in our choice and she really deserves recognition for how she treats customers.
The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable and definitely worth the money, as are the pillows.

Kyle was really helpful and listened to my requirments - not only for the style of bed I was looking for and mattress but also the price point which was really important. Answered all my questions and didnt put any unnecessary pressure on, that you would usually expect from a sales person (we can give me the ick) Really easy to chat to and helpful - would defo use again for my next purchase - Thanks again Kyle 👍👍
