Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. My gutters were damaged during cleaning. Company came back to try to repair but this was hopeless. Lots of sealant used in wet conditions which was never going to work. Company said they would help sort out the problem and asked me to get quotes which I did. Then suddenly they stopped replying to my emails and have now said they can't help and I should claim on my own house insurance.
Appalling customer service. Poor workmanship.
I've now been advised from other firms that repairs not possible and I will have to replace the gutters completely. I chose Ben's gutters because I thought they were a specialist firm and would do a good job. They were much more expensive than local independent contractors. Absolutely do not recommend.

Simple booking process and a good job done.
Ben's Gutters put a flyer through our door. I checked them out then completed the online form for a quote. Within half an hour I received a call and booked a slot.
I got a further call advising of timings.
Their operative arrived on time and got to work straight away. He was polite, professional and respectful of our property.
I would highly recommend Ben's Gutters.

Great cleaning job!
After getting a leaflet in my door for bens gutters, I phoned to arrange a cleaning the process was very easy and was booked and paid for in 10 minutes. I received a text from Jamie to say they could carry out the cleaning a week earlier which suited. Jamie texted to let me know when he had completed the job and sorted out the overflow issue I noticed. Left the place very clean and tidy. Very impressed with the service would recommend Ben’s gutters!
