I needed to get an inspection done on a property that I am looking to purchase, and Bennett was recommended to me. I checked the online reviews and was impressed, and allowed them to do our inspection. Geoff was very professional, from arriving on time to speaking with me and explaining his process and what he would be looking for, as well as what I should expect from him. I was impressed by how thorough he was, paying equal attention to the small details as to the big ones. He took the time to explain issues as the inspection proceeded, and the final report I received was incredibly detailed, complete with a substantial amount of photos to accompany the text. He reviewed the initial results and pointed out some things that should be a higher priority to protect the house's overall quality. I don't think I have ever worked with someone who took the time to look at everything -- from the roof to the space under the gas fireplace. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Bennett Home Inspection for anything you need to have reviewed. I would happily hire them to do future inspections.
