It really doesn’t deserve one star but in order to post I had to select one star. Horrible company. The item sent was nothing like what I ordered. They do not give refunds. It took over a month to get the cheap looking item that was totally different from what I ordered. I do not recommend this business. They are sending garbage to you and keeping your money.

Scammers!!! I bought a sweater for $55. It was very cute. But what came in was $5 worth. Shein quality and made from china. Terrible does not even look like the advertisement. Someone needs to stop them!! Before more people get scammed

Horrible decision to buy the dress.. I ordered a white dress paid for it realized I wanted it to be black so I emailed them right away minutes later.. They responded no problem, but shipped the white dress instead. I asked if I could exchange it they should sure for a fee..trying to return but starting to look like a nightmare too.. Quality is terrible.. Never Again!!!

Complete trash. I spent $200 for what seemed like high-quality, beautiful items based on the photos online. They offered exchanges at first, which I refused- I don't trust the quality whatsoever. I had to show pictures of the items to get approved for a return. Returning the items is wildly difficult and expensive. Even if you go through all of that, the items may not even make it through customs in their strict 30-day timeframe. I have never been so badly scammed in my life. Do not buy from Ben & Mila, it's almost comical how awful their items are.

**BEWARE**The boots I received are not the boots I see in the picture on the website. They are a cheap knockoff. They look somewhat similar but the quality is really bad. So they are misrepresenting their products. This "business" needs to be closed down for good. I'm throwing these things in the trash. They're ugly and they have a strong chemical smell!

STAY AWAY FROM BEN and MILA!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible... I wish that I could upload the comparison pictures. I spent $99 for one of their Men's Christmas Hoodies and got a $9.99 Chinese gag gift Christmas Hoodie. Contacted them about the issue, send multiple pictures including side by side comparison ones and they said they looked the same. My only option was to pay the $17 shipping back to China and they would refund me, so long as it was back in their possession with in 30 days from original delivery. As this process had already taken 2 weeks I guess I got duped for a hundred bucks. STAY AWAY FROM BEN and MILA!!!

This company shams people. They sent me a size 8 even though I ordered a size 7. They said that the US size 7 is actually a European size 8. I responded that no where on their website does it say that. I included pictures of their size chart to prove that statement is not on their website. Then, they told me that I would have to pay a small fee to get the right size shoe. Why should I have to pay a fee to get what I originally ordered? They have not responded to my emails after pointing out the lie about US vs European shoe sizes. DON'T BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.

I would give them a 0 star review if I could. I ordered what clearly looked like an actually sweater off their website and was instead sent a horrible quality polyester shirt. When asked to return, they made me pay shipping back. They did offer exchange for another item and then I could donate the first. That proves how low quality it is to begin with. Do not order anything from this company. Everything is shipped to and from china .

Horrible! Just received my order, probably past their 30 day return policy, and NOTHING is like what I thought I ordered! Poor quality - junk! This is such a scam! Immediately will donate these things to the Goodwill.

Total scam. Ordered two supposedly knitted sweaters that looked beautiful on the website. The products I received are just terrible, screen printed on the cheapest possible fabric. Returns are basically impossible and would require you to pay to ship it somewhere in China and hope they give your money back.

I ordered a vest, took a month to get and what I received is not what I ordered. It is a vest, but very poor quality, has a hood (one I ordered did not have hood). They said I can mail it back to China at my expense, then listed about a half dozen reasons why I might not get a refund. To mail back it would cost me more than half of what I paid for the vest. Plus, they can claim they didn't receive, or it was tied up in Customs, etc. It was a bait and switch. Not a good company to deal with.

Don't waste your time and especially your money buying things from this company. It's a complete scam. They show beautiful clothes and send you inferior garbage. The clothes that I ordered were supposed to be a cotton/linen blend. What I received was 100% polyester and one of the items had long sleeves, when I had ordered short

Horrible company. I ordered a size large Jean and I received size 00. I ordered a green shirt and receive yellow. The other two items were very cheaply made this is truly a scam company I tried to return it, but they told me you have to pay for the shipping which costs as much as I paid for the whole items. Please save your money and don’t t buy from this horrible company.

The product I received was not the quality that the photo suggested. I paid $54 and the shirt was more like a $15 quality. They advertise 30 day money back guarantee and easy returns but when I emailed them they do not want to refund my money, they want me to exchange for something else.

Terrible service, waited for ever only to receive wrong sizes. Garmet quality very poor. Returns impossible. I will never order from this company again.

Items received resembled item on their site a little, but was not close to the same thing. When I complained and sent photos, they determined that lighting and colors may vary, and this is the correct item. I ordered a hand knit cardigan. They sent a cheaply-made printed knit cardigan and the two sides weren’t even the same length! They offered to let me keep, donate, give to a friend and pick something else of the same value from their site “for a small fee.” I can’t imagine I’d want anything of their quality! I’d give ZERO stars if I could.

Benmila is a TOTAL SCAM. What I ordered and what I received were completely different. There is no contact number and the company continues to send me annoying emails offering a credit instead of a return. They advised that due to professional photography and lighting, the items may appear different. This is totally unacceptable. What I ordered was a leather wedge shoe and what I received was a plastic shoe with a foam heel with glitter. If I could rate them a ZERO, I would. Do not be fooled by what you see, as you surely will receive a totally different item.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a fake front for a china company that sells cheap knock of versions. I ordered some boot that I am probably going to throw in the garbage. They are not even close to what was pictured on their website. I emailed them and they do the whole song and dance about exchanges, and a credit to their website anything but offer you your money back unless you pay for shipping which is outrageous because it is sent back to China. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. At this point it is probably the only way I will get my money back.

This company is nothing but a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes that were so badly made and cheap that they werent worth even a few cents. When I complained, I was encouraged to return them, at my expense, via DHL overseas for over $65.00. It would be embarrassing to donate the crap I received. Oh yes, they offered a gift certificate to their company, but why would I want more crap. Disgusting!!

This company is a scam. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. The website claims to be a family-run enterprise and features pictures of a middle aged American couple and their staff. The company address given is in the US. They claim returns are allowed and easy to use. I ordered two jumpsuits on “sale”. Though they were still more expensive than commensurate garments at other websites, I thought I’d treat myself and help out a family-run, American company that was “going out of business after 20 years”. I was very excited about my splurge, though I had to wait nearly three weeks for its arrival. The garments were made from such cheap, lightweight material, they were nearly transparent. They didn’t fit and didn’t hang right. Then began a two week correspondence for returns. They offered an exchange for a “small” consideration that was nearly as much as the initial price. Then they asked for pictures of the products and the packaging (all with several days in between responses). When they finally gave me a return label, it was through a company that would return the merchandise to China for a shipping cost of over $100. From now on, I’m sticking with Amazon.
