Good shop. I ordered there my mobile telephone and tablet, everything works perfect. Delivery is fast, the next day. To receive package, you need to give your signature and code from email, so it's also safe.

OnePlus Watch 2: a very popular product and difficult to get hold of, but when it returned to stock in the colour I wanted (green/silver - the black version was in stock already) the order was turned around quickly and for a good price. Very happy with the packaging of the order and speed.

I placed 4 times a order for mobile on contract... All 4 been cancelled without any reason, I tried to email the support but in vain... So far is just for dutch citizens, for other nationalities they are just a lie. I think they should take examples from other countries who treat everyone equally. They have to learn about equality and diversity...

UPDATE: After placing the review I was approached by them explaining me the reason of cancellations in my orders. I had an offer of a voucher of 15 Euro as "apologies for not receiving an explication of why my orders were cancelled", I have to decline the offer.

The reason was because my living address figures as "public" place...I have a feeling even if I will use a private address I will still get my order cancelled and the other reason would be "because I don`t have a dutch ID"...

So far long story short I remain at my idea as this site is only for dutch nationals.

In my opinion I believe, the site must be updated with some infos (as I was experiencing on another provider site, when I filled up the form for order, once I press Next It highlights the numbers on my ID Card and next to that field it was an "i" icon which when I hoover the cursor it pops a message saying "You need a dutch ID") . Once I saw that I didn`t push forward and like this I save the time for myself and for the provider technical team to waste their time analizing my request.

I am rating 3 stars (instead of 1), but this is only because of the person who contacted me after I placed the review and explained me what was wrong.

I am disappointed with the service I received from Belsimpel regarding a subscription with Lebara. The experience was nothing short of misleading and frustrating.

Upon browsing Belsimpel's website, I came across a seemingly appealing offer from Lebara, for buying a phone with a subscription . I choose the subscription with the unlimited calls to EU countries. However, wanting to ensure clarity, I contacted them to verify this information. To my dismay, the representative confirmed over the phone that indeed the subscription offered unlimited calls to EU countries.

Feeling assured, I proceeded with the purchase and even visited the store to finalize the transaction. However, to my shock, upon arriving at the store to pick up the phone, I was informed that the subscription was only unlimited to Europe when outside of the Netherlands.

This inconsistency and discrepancy between the information provided online and in-store is unacceptable. It not only wasted my time but also left me feeling misled and deceived.

As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty. Unfortunately, my experience with Belsimpel fell far short of these expectations. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them, as their communication and service standards are evidently lacking.

Update: After my initial review expressing disappointment with the service from Belsimpel regarding a Lebara subscription, I must acknowledge a recent development. Belsimpel has offered me a 40 euro voucher as a gesture of goodwill.

Only advise: Having sign up by Google is a great option for most of the people.
Anyways, it is quick and easy to order.

Belsimpel does a fantastic job again samsung watch much less expensive than Irish shops. Delivery was a bit slower this time, it took a full 24 hours. I recommend belsimpel to everyone.
