Unfortunately the returns process…
Unfortunately the returns process really lets the company down which is such a shame. To start with the returns portal was down so I then had to email back and forth to eventually get a QR code and I would think due to the delays they may try to get the return processed more quickly but I’m still waiting. I needed the refund to buy replacements as they don’t do exchanges but I’m now rethinking that because of this bad experience with the returns.

We did have an issue with the portal which meant the QR codes generated were not working correctly, I can now confirm this has been fixed.
We understand how frustrating it must be to wait for a refund, especially when you need it to purchase replacements. We are processing these as fast as we can upon receipt, however due to the summer months, we generally receive more orders and subsequently, more returns, due to swim wear being ordered in greater quantities and customers trying on different sizes.
We are actively reviewing our procedures to prevent similar issues in the future and improve the efficiency of our returns.

Regarding delivery service
Regarding delivery service: Package is still pending in customs, I still haven't gotten it even though I ordered it July 15th and it is now July 27th. I had to leave for holiday without bikini as it has not been delivered yet.
The website itself is very user friendly, paymenr method is easy to use.

It is likely that there are duties to pay. As of July the 1st, all orders to EU countries are susceptible to customs charges, there is no longer duty exemptions on orders below €150.

I live in New Zealand, and it took less than 2 weeks to receive my bras which is fantastic.
I've had packages take up to 3 weeks to receive when ordered from the north island of New Zealand.

The bra was a completely different shape to the one I had bought from another retailer despite being the exact same name, brand and size. I therefore returned it and have not had my return acknowledged or refunded. All I have received is an email asking me to review the company... but as yet I have nothing good to say...
