I bagouth the chesterfield and its hard like stone. I want to return it I called, wrote letter but it has gone now 3 weeks and no-one is coming or helping for return.
Very very very bad service.
Don't buy!

I was a bit surprised to be honest with all the bad reviews here that everything went well. I ordered the Adjustable Standing Desk 180 x 80 cm White and Grey DESTIN II. It did take about 2 weeks to ship and arrived in perfect condition, it's very well built, assembly was easy as well. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the shipping company that they use called Freja, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone there that knows anything. They did however call me after a few days and everything went well there as well.

Best site to buy good quality stuff! Customer care is also the best to find solutions and they really put extra effort to satisfy the customers need! Customer interest come first for Beliani!

I ordered 2 sunbeds on 11 Jan, was told they had been sent back and on March 1 they said they could get them to me in 2 working weeks. On March 31 I asked for my money back and they haven’t replied. It is now 4 April.

Customer service could be made better!

Extreme lately delivery and you can not track ..
never answer mails. kindly phone service but not so much help/not realy answer your questions on phone..
more then one month and still waiting my order..

Has some difficulty checking on out the website. Eventually after some tries it worked.

Very good site for home furnishings.

Good products but delivery can be horribly slow, we waited over a month passed the decided date for delivery. They also use a strange delivery company called Fair Cargo Now who can not even supply an accurate estimate of delivery day, once the delivery actually started it was not delivered until 2 days later than they originally said.

Something went wrong when my order was sent. The shipping company was a mess to try and figure out a solution with, it took two days and still no conclusion. I reached out to Beliani's support and they took care of the matter within 5 minutes. Very pleased!

Update:
It seems like the support didn't do anything about it. Now it's been almost a month and I've had to chase them to send me the order. I will most likely not buy anything from Beliani again.

I like their stuff and always delivery on time

the delivery time was so good, I thought it would be weeks but it was really quick.
and with such a good price I expect the bookcase to be made from low-quality material, but it is made of heavy good wood.

We bought a sideboard on Beliani. I took some time but finally the parcel arrived in good condition with a beautiful content that corresponded to our high expectations!

Great furniture, quality and good looking. Easy to get in contact with this sellercompany. They give answers and give quick and good response. They even check with you about tings you might have missed. They care!
