One of The worest experience i ever had , they dont respect your time and the money you spent , and they answer after days to you if you had any problem with your supscription , also they told you we will solve it after 5 or 10 days dot tolk with us during this period, in the meanwhile the problen doesn't need couple of minutes.

Very bad service one month now I didn't get my subs of anghami as well I can't activate my apple tv account as they didn't send the code on time also watch it didn't work outside Egypt as they informed me before purchase I paid 910 le for nothing above all that once I have made my order I've message that the customer service out of service from 28Jan to 15Feb this is very funny and totally unprofessional treatment with customer, I need to have my money back immediately
