Ordered end of June and still waiting for my order.
Stupidly I didn't check the reviews before ordering.
How can companies like this remain trading when they accept orders (and take your money) and have absolutely no intention of sending the goods.
Laws need to be changed!

I placed an order on 5th of June. I was informed that it would be 48 hour tracked delivery but 10 days later I am still waiting to receive my package. I have tried contacting customer service but no response. Update 20/6- still not received my order, still no communication from them. I have started a dispute through my bank. This is shocking service.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY!!!

Ordered an item from them on Amazon, arrived quickly HOWEVER ordered a s/m clearly states 8/10 , the item received wouldn’t even fit my Chihuahua !!! Item ELF T SHIRT DO NOT BUY UNLESS ITS FOR SMALL BREED DOG !!! IT IS TINY !!!

Ordered through Amazon UK. Order delayed. Complained to be jealous, no reply. Very poor buyer beware!

Bought pair of Christmas leggings from Etsy store, be jealous ones arrived, you could spit peas through them, poor quality poor fit. Avoid!

Never ever order from this company as they are utter scammers. I ordered and paid for 48 hour express delivery on the 29th June. Nothing received to date snd no responses to my emails. Disgraceful

3 comments n still no answer n cant find how to return as no return heading on menu on website.
Wont recommend this company and wont order from them again.

No one getting back to me, how to return items with no paperwork as none was sent, no option to download form on website, emailed, Facebook message, Instagram, and live chat no reply I just want to return the items and get a refund

Absolutely shocking!! Took my money but delivered nothing. Doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ve emailed them countless time but they never answer.
Utter crooks.

Items delivered bare no relation to those advertised on website, on more investigation Be Jealous brand is run out of a small industrial unit in Manchester with 1 registered employee/director no active social media presence, AVOID AT COSTS.

orders 3 t shirts only 2 sent and reply to emails , 3 contact forms or facebook post

Currently refusing to take any responsibility for a missing item in my order.

Horrendous company, horrendous communication or lack of. I ordered some dresses back in early September and then attempted to return them. As per their rerun and refund policy, there is no return form to download, I then emailed them for a copy of it. No response.
I returned the items worth approx £170 and followed with an email and I have neither received a response nor my refund.
My advice...steer clear of purchasing anything from this company. The clothes are inconsistent and not received as described. Hence why I returned and waiting for my refund.
Really poor customer service and business.

Awful received the dress size was definitely not a 14 more like an 8 have emailed them got no response there's no contact number will take photo and send back but not holding out much hope terrible

Back on 13/08 and haven't had a refund and all my emails and messages on social media are being ignored , they are a con DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this disgraceful place !!!!!!

Was told a delivery was arriving between the 5th June and 9th June should of arrived by 8pm tonight looked at email just past 8pm now been delivered between the 10th and 14th June supposed to be coming from Manchester where I live this item was ordered 3rd June how pond does it take to deliver from Manchester to droylsden Manchester this company is not very reliable

I would give this company no stars if I could. I so wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this company. I have been conned out of £53.97 for dresses I ordered. They say 48hr tracked but I ordered the goods on the 28th April but yet no signs of them being dispatched yet, I have E.mailed them but had no response, so shocking, stay away from this company unless you want to be scammed, so disgusted.

Jumper arrived with a hole down the front. Had to return it. They refunded delivery and jumper cost, but not £3.85 return postage, despite assuring me that they would! I knew I would have to pay return postage if I changed my mind, but don't expect to pay when its their fault and they state in their returns policy they will cover return postage for faulty items.

Terrible service I ordered 2 items I had no notification of when they were coming and when they did arrive they were the completely wrong items which had no packaging or tags or anything on them, I’ve emailed customer services who don’t seem to understand what I am telling them so no further forward, wrong items and no refund or return option. Wish I had read reviews I would never use the website again

Placed an order, money taken out of account straight away, no email confirmation received. Messaged on fb not even read.......wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered 😡
