Stay away from this scam company has no credibility whatsoever they are scam

In the last 6 months tennis coverage has improved on their TV app, showing who's playing and shows mostly the match from beginning to end. The extra large descriptions could be more informative and not duplicated. They could keep matches together, that is "Full", "Mini" etc.
They could learn from how the streaming service "Stan" do when covering the Tennis Grand Slams. Hopefully, they will not cut matches off before they are finished. E.g. Sinner vs Bublic in the 2025 Terra Wortmann Open Tennis.
Finally, in regard to the above match. The commentary was like two guys chatting to each other about tennis, between and during points, with the occasional commentary on the actual game.

The greatest piece of junk you would have the misfortune to try to watch. Blank screens, buffering pauses continually. The same self-promoting ads at every break in play. And then you have to regularly confirm your identity!

The BEIN Sports Chromecast Scrub Bar is not working. The BEIN Sports Chromecast Scrub bar pause Button is also frozen and doesn’t work. Even After I Have Watched The Tennis for 1 hour. The Scrub bar Still Stays In The Starting Position. Basically The Chromecast Scrub Bar Is Not Working At All. The Scrub bar does work when I am not Chromecasting. My Other Complaint Is The Mens BEIN Sports ATP Games Have Mini Matches. And The Women’s WTA Women’s Matches Don’t have Mini Matches. The Names Of The ATP Males who are playing against each other Are Listed On The BEIN Sports Home Page. But The Only Way I know Who The Female WTA Competitors Are Is I Have to Play The Games Onto My ipad To See which female Players Are Playing Against Each Other. Before I Chromecast. This discriminates against women. My above mentioned complaints are very annoying, My positive comments are that BEIN Sports have lots of exciting sports events especially the tennis.

Just appalling. Basically a scam, they make it virtually possible to cancel subscription or change/delete the way you pay. They blatantly lie on their instructions re how to cancel and argue with you via customer service. Not available through Firestick. One only has to look at who owns Bein to understand why.

Bein sports in Thailand absolutely shocking spends more time stopped than running live F1 unwatchable, fine for replays but useless for live transmission, they need to learn a thing or two about buffering.

Recent subscriber for the tennis but you can only watch matches that THEY decide to show. You can't choose, say, to watch Jordan Thompson's match live. Stan much better but unfortunately they don't televise all tennis tournaments.

Will be cancelling my subscription. I won't pay them to make me watch Fritz vs Sonego when I want to watch Jordan Thompson for example.

Absolutely dog shit product. it is astonishing that a company like beIN is allowed to have the rights to sport. Thanks beIN for ruining my chance to watch a cup final by having the result on the homepage when I tried to use the app (which I am a paid subscriber of) to login on a tv. I hate you more than you know.

poor platform reliability. complaints get you nowhere. i can stream every other service with no issues but beinsport constantly drops video or stops altogether. i will just have to ditch it until these incompetent people get their act together and fix their issues

I can say that I am generally happy but still having some issues every now and then with my subscription

Why are you broadcasting football? You don't show goals constant repeats of play etc.DO YOU NOT READ THE REVIEWS OR ARE YOU JUST A STATION RUN BY INCOMPETENTES. You are still showing the first half, and the second half has started. What a bunch of PHALLICS.

Worst sports app in Australia by a mile.

Can't fast forward or rewind, streaming quality is reminiscent of early days of the internet and can't handle Chromecast.

Genuinely hard to imagine they hired qualified developers for this app.

The user experience of this app is the worst of any I have used. Paying for a service you can't cast, that seemingly cancels and needs to be set up each month, that has the worst most frustrating set up process possible. It's like they don't want customers. What a joke

Stay clear absolute rank,took payment off once i had cancelled,then when i complained they wanted me to send my bank details in,!! they did not have an issue when they were taking it out... crooks

Actually want to give a 0 star but review site won't let me. App keeps logging out. Only subscribed for the tennis. This streaming service is very disappointing. Do not subscribe. They are definitely a scam provider.

My and I are having a lot of trouble getting bein sports on her TV as it keeps wanting her to sign in eventide she clicks on to they ask her to sign on.

I got this for tennis in Australia. It is by the far the worst streaming service I have.. but I persist.
It constantly and continually logs me out. (Sometimes multiple times a day.. sometimes I can go a few days). The tv programme etc is always lagging and tends to crash the app if you click on it. It loads slowly. Etc.
I have contacted the help desk multiple times. They’re hopeless. They want to know about your tv and the version etc. etc. no no no. It’s the app, not my tv or internet!!
But they’re just contact centre people and can’t do anything.. so can’t blame them.

However, you can get to see some tennis (or European football) and as theres no alternative, I get frustrated and know it might or might not work.. But when it does.. It’s good.

Absolute scam. They take your money and just don’t care about any broadcast quality. Just drops during live events. No way to complain, no customer service contacts. They even block message function in their Instagram and X accounts. They just don’t let you get in contact with them. This is as shay as it gets.

When i try to create a new account on the website it doesn't allow me for some reason. Also some of the options in the menu don't even work.
