I really would like to compliment you on your excellent business. I ordered a pair of shoes which unfortunately were not quite the right fit, so they had to go back. But there was no hassle and my money was refunded very quickly. As a result of this experience, I ordered another pair which came just as quickly and were just perfect. I have always been suspicious of buying shoes on line, but this is so easy and the quality is also excellent. I shall be back for more!

Found some trainers that I wanted for less than the brand's website. Ordered and was delivered within 3 days.
Great that they also include a returns label just in case.

This is a great company, with superb company service. My shoes were delivered very quickly and I liked the accompanying hand written note. With so much poor administration and woeful service now, this company was a wonderful example of how things used to be!

Excellent! I ordered my shoes late in the evening, selected 1st class delivery for a small fee and got my shoes in less than 48h. The shoes were just as described and what was really wonderful was to also find a personal note inside. Thank you, really appreciated that.

Lovely family-run for years company, ship out top quality names shoes immediately. Easy returns, return slip included, no need to download anything and someone to speak to in person with any queries. Recommend highly.

On the Beggs site I found a pair of Skechers sandals that I had been looking for. They were on at a good price and no postage added! They came in a couple of days with a handwritten note thanking me for the order. It’s so rare to see this these days. I really appreciated that.
