First time customer and I will be returning! I purchased the Sketchers Garage trainers for my son. They were slightly cheaper than other retailers, and did free postage! The shoes came so fast, I was shocked and they are perfect! There was a nice touch of a personal note. Plus, they even include a returns label, which is quite rare these days as most companies charge for returns. Very impressed and I will be purchasing from there again, for sure!

They had the shoes I wanted in my size and colour. First online shoe purchase: they arrived promptly and with no shipping charge. Early days, but they fit well and feel comfortable. A good experience

I ordered some Remonte shoes, which I'd bought elsewhere before, at least 15% dearer. It said they were a wide fit and I was a bit doubtful when they arrived However, they fit well, are very comfy and I was very impressed by the personal service, very efficient, in sending the shoes promptly to me. I will keep looking at their website.

Ordered some retro Gola trainers which were £15 cheaper than anywhere else, delivered within a couple of days, a personal note was included inside the box which was a lovely touch, love my new trainers and really good service, will definitely order again and highly recommend 👌

Quick delivery (Scotland to London) - helpful, pleasant staff on telephone. Good products. Easy return via pre-paid post provided (for size reasons). Personalised thank you note in box. Highly recommend.

I ordered these Remonte zigzip navy trainers because the description says wide fit g. There is no way that's are a g fit. I'm going to keep them because hoping they’ll give but has put me off ordering from this website again because of accuracy of description

We were on holiday near Inverurie, and 'found' their store, and what a delight! Excellent window display, great layout, welcoming very knowledgable staff (Madge), great choice and excellent prices!!! It was a pure delight to find an independent shoe shop which really knows their business. We will be using their new shop in Market Harborough as it's much closer to home! Thank you so much.

Delivered on time nicely packaged. Didn't need to return it, but I could see there were labels etc included to make that easy.

Begg had the colour walking sandals I wanted & said they would deliver between 2 & 4 days ; and they did!
The shipping was free too!
And thre was a nice little personal note in with the shoes ( as well as all instructions re: return , should the sandals not be o.k. for me.

Speedy delivery and easy-looking returns which won’t be necessary as the shoes actually fit my big feet and are waterproof into the bargain. Great to be able to use a decent family firm with branches in lovely well remembered places like Inverurie and Elgin.

I ordered a pair of Lowa hiking shoes early hours on the Saturday and Royal Mail delivered them 48 hours later all the way from Inverness,Scotland ( I live in Bucks,UK ) ! Delivery was free and the shoes are perfect in every way. With the shoes came easy information on how to send returns , a proper invoice and a hand written note to say thank you and hope the new shoes are loved. I had never heard of Begg Shoes before and would highly recommended this family run business ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
