Hopeless supplier
Hopeless supplier. Disinterested staff, super slow order processing and delivery. Website is also terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This beekeeping supply store has the best poly hives on the market. However, they take forever to pack your order, and be careful, if you live anywhere outside mainland UK you will get charged an extra postage cost. Usual, more than it should cost. Or if your parcel is bigger than a parcel, then you may be charged a nice sum for them to put your order on a pallet. You will be charged without you knowing if you have already paid for extra shipping, as was in my case. Eventually I got my order, but there was a lot of back and forth before that.
Other than that the staff are helpful, and once the order is dispatched it is usually fast thanks to the courier.
I have ordered from a number of different beekeeping websites now, many of which provide a good service and good prices. Maisemore Apiaries (via Bees Online website) provide an excellent and friendly service and highly competitive pricing.
They can get a little busy at peak times of year (e.g. March/April) however they are very responsive and always willing to help.
