Very disappointing experience.
I ordered an induction cooktop and waited nearly two weeks with no updates. Only after following up was I informed that the appliance had been damaged by the transport company and that there was no replacement stock available. This meant the order could not be fulfilled at all.
The biggest issue was poor communication and inaccurate stock management. I lost significant time waiting for a product that was never realistically going to be delivered, leaving my family without a working stovetop for weeks.
While customer service was polite once contacted and offered a refund or change, that doesn’t compensate for the lack of proactive communication and reliability. For large appliances—where timing matters—this is unacceptable.
I would not recommend Beep.es unless you are prepared for delays and uncertainty.
