I ordered a Fabio Studio White Wooden Storage Bed, a Bee’s Knees side-opening Ottoman bed and a blanket box.
The wooden storage bed arrived in no time. The assembly work was quite challenging as there are shelves on both the head part and the foot part, not to mention the small and big storage drawers. The final product looks gorgeous but we wish some tips and reminders on assembling wooden furniture will make the work easier for us. Once or twice my family member thought of giving up altogether. We’re glad we have persevered.
The custom-made ottoman bed took a little more than 4 weeks. We’re pleased that the customer service was quick to answer our query and helped check the progress.
Delivery was smooth. The bed came in two big boxes with a headboard. Assembling was simple. There were even stickers on the bed which shows where the screws should go in joining the headboard to the bed. That’s very thoughtful indeed. If the heavy boxes, the headboard and the blanket box had come with restraining straps, that would have been most helpful as there would not be the danger of pulling off some staples while getting a hold on the smooth-surface headboard and flipping the boxes from bottom-up to its bottom-down position. Then my beautiful wooden floor would be safe.
The ottoman bed is sturdy and worth the price as the heavy mattress is rested on the wood cover of the box and storage is inside a wooden box.
We love what we have paid for. I will surely go to Beds On Legs again if I am to buy another bed.

Very informative and speedy quick service

There was a mistake with the delivery address which resulted in a second delivery being scheduled. Not sure if it was human error or the tech but the company dealt with it promptly and our delivery came at the time agreed. The bed looks amazing - can’t wait to try it.

Simple checkout online. Website was good. Bundle kit was perfect. Just a heads up the medium mattress as described, on the bed feels more like a medium to firm. Very comfy. Perfect for guests to stay over and affordable. The bed instructions do require a careful eye. Would like to see all components numbered. Only four components numbered that i can see. It would have been very helpful to have all components numbered as feedback for the manufacturer. Plus check all boxes for screws, nails, wooden pegs etc. But over all bed quality is great.

Bed as described. Great value. 2x feet missing and temporary ones made, contacted when arrived within the week. Delivered to me and fitted for me.

Bed is exactly as advertised, beautiful and stylish. Mattresses are comfy and would highly recommend.

After having to chase Bed on Legs for a delivery date - which turned out to be twice the website advisory, the delivery men were excellent, an email the day before to confirm a 3 hour delivery slot, then calling me to let me know they were an hour away, arriving within the delivery window advised, and taking the boxes to my allocated room.
However once unpacked I was disappointed with the quality of this bed, the "welding" where the pieces are joined, are very badly fused including all over the decorative railings, so in view.
The colour was also called Stone white, so I expected it to be more white however the bed is actually cream in colour.
The mattresses were as expected - ok for occasional use, but not for everyday as too "spongy"

I have always used yourselves as I love your product. I do feel the delivery company you use let's you down. Their custo.er service is appalling. Next time I will make the drive and collect it from you directly so I never have to use them again

Bed, headboard and mattress arrived on time this morning. The delivery men were polite and respectful. All 3 items were extremely well packaged. The velvet headboard and matching base surround give it a luxurious look. Very good quality. The bed and is now up and dressed and looking great. Would definitely recommend this bed company.
