Disappointing Service!

I placed two orders with Becquet for bears for children's Christmas presents. Each order was for two bears (4 in total). Both orders arrived but each only contained one bear despite the paperwork showing that the order was for two. Have raised the issue with Becquet but have received no response. Disappointing and will not be using them again.......

Follow up. I have now had 3 messages from their customer services. Despite explaining the issue fully and in detail they keep responding with unrelated questions and comments. Either they are being deliberately uncooperative or have a very low IQ. I leave it for you to decide. I suggest you keep away from these clowns.......

Another update. Following communication with Becquet Customer Services I am happy to report that they have supplied the missing items in time for Christmas. I have therefore adjusted my review to reflect this fact. I think the 3 star review reflects the above.

Sorry but I can only rate 1 star, because this firm is really really TOTAL CRAP! As the customer service! I believe they are just ROBOTS, you get always the same Answer to your questions "we feel very Sorry & blablabla..." I received falwty goods smeared with ink so I demanded a change. Sorry out of order!!! I looked at their ws....and there it is!!! CRAP CRAP CRAP

I order a gift for my mother March 2021 we are May 2021 and I still have received the package!! Not even a refund?? They keep delaying saying they having so much success and not send this damn package? What the hell this business is! I give less then 1 stars! Do not order to them. I want my REFUND immediately!
