Scam! The items are never sent, they do not refund your money, and give you the run around when you attempt to get either! DO NOT USE!!!

They have given me 25-30 email excuses why I haven't recieved my order I placed last december!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

I ordered from them and they said the merchandise was delivered when I never recieved it. I contacted the company they said they will reshoot it, I told them I wanted it to be signed by Ups, about 30 days later I contacted them again said it was shipped out but I never recieved it again , I told them it was suppose to be signed if I didn’t sign for it who did? They said they would give me like 40% of my money back I said no I want it all back, and I’m still waiting , as I went to email them a few weeks ago to get my money , the email didn’t go through.

I placed an order Dec 27, 2022. It has yet to arrive. At the end of January, I contacted them and said that the tracking has reflected NO movement to date. I paid for shipping insurance, and said I wanted a refund. 20 emails later, I know everyone who works there in customer service. Yesterday, they addressed my email to “Honey”. They have been telling me since January it’ll be 7-10 days for the credit card company to post the refund. Again and again. They told me to not file a claim with my credit card as that can take a month. Ha. Do not do business with beckora.com unless you want to send off money for deals that are too good to be true. I’m filing a claim tomorrow, and I intend to post negative reviews any place I can find to do so.

Can it be a 000-Star this website is a total scam I can not believe it’s still there never received my package nor a refund they said the same thing to everyone else(it’s been delivered, you might gave us a wrong address, will refund you NOT after 3 months waiting). Total SCAM.

Similar to other posters here - I ordered some boots back in early December. First they shipped them to the wrong address, not only the wrong address but one that doesn't even exist. Not sure how it could have actually been "delivered". This took about 47 days from the day I ordered. Customer service offered to replace the order and I sent them the correct shipping address. I repeatedly asked for a new tracking number and when I finally received one weeks later it was for a shipment they just created that day. After another 30 days of transit, the tracking says "delivered" but once again I have no shipment at my front door. I promptly disputed the charge with my credit card and will never order from them again. Either they are completely incompetent or shady.

Been waiting 5 months for my order. I have emailed them and they lie and say it's on the way special delivery. I cannot believe these crooks can lie so easily. Don't walk but run. I'm so bummed too. The fake clothing line was super cute. A##holes!

I purchased three pairs of shoes in November. NEVER RECEIVED and their service department is no help. Never buy from this company, absolute trash.

TOTAL SCAM - Terrible SCAM, SCAM

I ordered from them in December 45 days later received packages in the mail that contained two rings that I did not order. When I reached out to them through email, the response that I received was that they sent the rings to verify my address I asked them to resend my packages with the clothing that I ordered and it took probably 10 emails to get that done. They gave me new tracking numbers which I followed through 17 track And now they say they have been delivered but they have not and I went to the post office because USPS is the only shipper that they use in the United States and the tracking numbers are not valid. On March 30, 17 track says that my packages were delivered on March 31(lol) I sent them emails just recently and there’s no response, went to the store. The store is now closed. I am out the money of $82 , I am out the clothes and those two stupid rings went into the trash not only do I think that this site is a spam. I also think 17 track is also a scam. Lesson learned.! I feel stupid!

Same as everyone else. Ordered, delivery was said to be made and tried several times to get refund with no luck.

I ordered in December. I tracked shipping and it supposedly arrived 3 weeks later. I never received my package. I've emailed their customer service dept twice, no response. They are indeed a scam. Do not waste your time or money.

Big time SCAM. Do not buy. It’s been 3 months and no package yet. When I tracked it says delivered in Jan which was not true. Please don’t fall into this trap.

This company is a scam do not buy from them. I ordered items in early December 2022. We are now in March 2023 and I have not yet received my items. I have send multiple emails to them inquiring about my items. To which they attach a link to track my items. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was near the holidays but that was obviously wrong. Then they replied to me that my items had been delivered to which I told them I have not received anything. They tried to blame me saying I did not know my correct address. Are you kidding me? I don't know where I live? When I demanded a refund they then proceeded to tell me they could only give me 50%. To which I told them unacceptable and I wanted my full refund. I will not be purchasing from them and I advice anyone else to stay away from this company.

This company is a complete scam. I have been waiting on a refund for almost 2 months. I can't stress enough this company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them.

This business is a complete scam. They steal your $ & never send products. I have been asking for a refund for 3 months & they email saying it’s on the way but it doesn’t come. I have reported them to BBB. NEVER buy from them.
