Just tried to assemble an Aster baby rocker, the chair when finally assembled does not drop to flat for storage and the carry handle is not secure, what a load of rubbish.

Terrible customer service and manufacturing error
Terrible customer service!
I have ordered a Bebe Confort Helios for 3 times now. And they all had a manufacturing error in the canopy.
Luckily i ordered via Amazon so they allowed me to swap it for a new one. But i constantly received returned one. There was written inside the box, the box was damaged an probably used.
I emailed bebe confort because i wanted to keep the wagon and only to receive a pair of properly working canopies. But they don't respond at all! I tried via instagram but they couldnt help me either, sad very sad. This is going on for more than a month now.
