Terrible company, drop shipping the product from China (tracking info given by Beautywebdeals)
Authorities already alerted and looking to start legal action against the company.
However, they’re not concerned because they have the view that its a lot of work for me and all that will happen at worst is that I won’t have to pay.
Time to shift the pressure back to them.
Whilst I hate their business model, I’m taking a different approach which would hurt them a lot more.
The website and the packaging is not according to Dutch regulations.
That means the serum cannot legally be sold here.
It also leads to many other questions which I’ve asked several authorities to look into.
As the 14 day contract “right to withdrawal”, which they regularly mention is only binding for legal products, then everyone can demand a full refund.
Anyone with the same issue feel free to DM me and I’ll share all the legal and regulatory reports when received, then we can all claim back against this terrible company.
