I purchased a new couch for my business and the help I received from customer service was great from start to finish. Delivery also very good no problems. The couch itself is of really good quality and I am so pleased with it. Thank you, it’s a breath of fresh air to have a company that is reliable, polite and do what a business should do.
Ordered the 3 motored treatment couch. It is okay but some of the sewing is just poorly done. At the joining seam the fabric(fake leather) has not even been out on straight so needless to say the stitching is wonky to match the fabric and around the face hole the same applies. The fabric is buckled and does not lie smoothly or flat. I feel inclined to take it apart and sew it myself properly as it is very irritating and not what I would expect paying just over a thousand pounds.
The response to my complaint was poor and dismissive even though I showed another Claire that had been stitched perfectly around the hole. Otherwise the chair is great.
I am a perfectionist which I have no issue admitting but we are not talking a little bit wonky or a little bit buckled, it is very obvious. I will no doubt take it apart and stitch it properly.
