Delays in customer service replies
I have been a Beauty Pie member for many years and really love the ethos and the products.
Unfortunately, I feel the customer service has become quite poor recently. It has been going through a change , and did warn - it would take approx 14 days to reply. It is frustrating when you are awaiting a reply - for an issue - but you get emails , every second day - advertising products.
I am not renewing my membership , as I feel the customer service has declined over recent months.

Fed up being ignored, I have sent a contact form every day since my order arrived a week ago to say only one item was in the package when I had ordered 2. Tried emailing tooaddress on bottom of order and bounces back.

I love the products but not customer…
I love the products but not customer service. My package was delivered to an address in a different STATE. I explained what happened provided proof via the tracking information I attached and filled out the required form but I am repeatedly told my package was delivered and to fill out the same form again. It’s like freaking Groundhog Day. I just want the merchandise I paid for!!!

Products are increasing becoming more expensive, and hard to say if the non member retail price isn't over inflated. Can also get confusing which products to use together or use instead of an existing product at times. Would be nice to see some guidance on which serum option to use for example. I don't find the hair range to be particularly better than cheaper standard products

Fantastic products all round
Great products and fantastic prices I live the Youth Bomb range it suits my 52 year old skin. The hair products are very good too and I usually pay quite a lot for shampoo and conditioner, I put them in the guest bathroom and my friends always say how great their hair is after using the products.
