Always on time and such high quality products.

Although my shipping address (same as billing) was correct when I placed the order, somehow you shipped to an old address. I double checked everything- I have no idea how someone could possible make such a pathetic error. I had to contact you several times in order to correct your mistake. After over a month of back and forth you finally sent me a replacement package. No apologies, no recognition of the mistake, no thanks for the order or being a long time customer. The membership makes the products overpriced, which is fine, but a company making this type of product should have some customer service. It should never take a month to re-ship and order you didn't send. I trustworthy business would refund the entire order for the mistake, and shady business would AT LEAST throw in some samples. This entire experience was just pathetic.

I really dislike the constant emails from you. I like the products I have purchased very much. But, emails every day? C’mon!

I love the product, I place an order almost monthly, I don’t use any other beauty products because I’m so satisfied with the quality, but if there is a product malfunction or issue causing reason for returning or exchange; good grief it’s difficult, they make you take multiple photos and describe the issue, often asking for additional photos to be sent. Just let me send the product back and beauty pie can see the issue first hand. This back and forth is a waste of time. I had an eyeshadow stick that was stuck in the tube on arrival. I still don’t have the refund or exchange over a month later. Not good customer service for being a member, by the way I rarely need to ask for a refund. But if I do, it should never be this much work to justify the reason.

This is the first complete line of skincare which has worked for my very sensitive skin. I feel confident with all the products and I know the high quality and care that has gone into producing them. I am 73 years old and have had a long history in fashion retailing--- I love these products.

This Youthbomb mini luminous duo is quality and makes my skin look and feel amazing and I like that it isn’t overly fragrant, just a nice light scent. The mini duo is an affordable way to try out the products. I will definitely buy more and recommend to others!
