Now I remember why I canceled my membership …
Oh now I remember why I canceled my membership a few years ago: Shipping and customer service issues. I'm in a loop of ai customer service responses for the past 7 days, my BP account says the order was completed, but I have not receivedthe items, the DHL shipping link I received is invalid and they have $177 on my initial order. After I cancel the auto-renew on this membership, I quit. I like the products, but they are not worth the hassle.

I love Beauty Pie. The products are on repeat, the packaging is great. I don't love not getting refunds for makeup that doesn't work: like lip sticks etc. But when I had a reaction to a product it was refunded which was great.
Highly recommend.

Beauty Pie is amazing until you contact…
Beauty Pie is amazing until you contact customer service. I was a loyal customer for over 5 years. Recently made a purchase that was supposed to come with a free add on. Immediately after placing my order I realized I did not see the add on item in the order. I was not allowed to cancel that order nor would customer service honor the gift with purchase. After many back and forths I gave up and cancelled my membership.

Frustrating
Obscure, constantly changing return policy that includes/excludes products at will. In this country, if a product doesn’t live up to claims or causes a reaction, it can be returned. Products are overpriced for what they are and the membership model is just another cash grab.

Placed my order a month ago
Placed my order a month ago, emailed customer service since tracking hasn’t updated since May 10, today is June 5, and that was two days ago and I’m still waiting for a reply to my email for not receiving my product. A ton of product by the way. More than $200 worth of product. I am not a new client and this is terrible service. I am out of a few things now and have ended up buying other things and spent more money that I did not need to spend. But I can’t get a reply to an email even.

I have looked into the tracking of your order and can see that the length of time that has elapsed since the tracking was last updated, and therefore we have been advised by the carrier that the order can be marked as ‘lost in transit’.
