nie wieder !!!!

ich habe meiner tochter zu weihnachten einen gutschein für lymphdrynage und für eine kryolipolyse geschenkt. sie hatte es nicht gezeigt, aber sie war enttäuscht, dass der gutschein von body&soul war, da sie selbst schon für diverse behandlungen dort war und sehr unzufrieden war. und diesmal war es ebenfalls wieder so - unfreundliches, unqualifiziertes personal, keinerlei informationen, auch nicht auf nachfrage - bei einer kryolipolyse, wie wo was muss man vorher nachher beachten usw. - egal es gab nur die antwort "steht alles auf der webseite" das ist für so ein unternehmen ein absolutes no go!!! kundenservice gleich null! es ist ja auch nicht so, dass der gutschein 1,50 gekostet hat!! NIE WIEDER und NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN - hände weg!
