I made a purchase of a 249€ perfume bottle on the 2nd September. On that day there was announced to get some kind of a beauty bag with free goodies with the order. I received only the bottle. Not 1 single Perfume sample or whatever goodie. Just a card telling me that 2 cats prepared my order. I find this pretty ridiculous. But maybe that explains why the goodies where missing because the cats kept them. On the 8th September I wrote asking for a solution and got no answer until now. Seems like the 2 cats also do the custumer care. Will not order again.

It’s not the first time i buy from beautinow and for another time everything was super,great price and service.the only thing could be better next time is rhe delivery time.but it is not a big problem🙂
P.S.if you send with each buy 1-2 samples would be great.thanks!

My order came after a month!

As I did not receive any shipping updates after a week or so and the customer service went radio silent, I thought this was a fraudulent company. I thought I would neither get my goods, nor my money back.
I ordered elsewhere. Now I received the delivery after a month…

Love the offers and updating stock and sales makes it not boring and always good options for customers like me

My package (that costed me 230 euros) never arrived, and the assistance isn't replying (I wrote to them 5 days ago).

My Experience with Beautinow

I had ordered from Beautinow once before and everything went smoothly, so I thought: “Why not order again?” This time I purchased two more fragrances and waited about four days for the delivery.

When the package arrived, I was immediately concerned: it was wrapped in black tape and looked damaged. I recorded an unboxing video, and to my surprise, one of the fragrances I had ordered was missing and instead, there were two lemons inside.

I contacted Beautinow via WhatsApp and sent them the video. They referred me to other customer support, who told me they were in touch with Hermes. After that, I never heard back from Beautinow again, despite sending multiple messages.

I first reached out in April, got my last response in May/June, and since then there has been complete silence. I eventually contacted Klarna, but instead of solving the issue, Klarna, Beautinow, and Hermes simply closed the case twice. In the end, I was forced to pay the full price for the package and the missing fragrance.

Conclusion:
I will never order from Beautinow again. In my opinion, this company is fraudulent: they take no responsibility, do not issue refunds, and provide terrible customer support.

Great experience with Beautinow! The order was processed very quickly and arrived without any issues. I really appreciate the wide selection of products – it’s easy to find exactly what I’m looking for. Definitely recommend!

Placed an order on 16 August 2025 and received an email two days later claiming it had been dispatched. Yet when I checked the courier’s tracking, they confirmed they had never received the parcel. tried to resolve this through the company’s live chat, but the responses were vague,dismissive, and ultimately useless. Up to now, my order is still in limbo, and no one seems capable of giving me a straight answer. This is shambolic customer service — false dispatch notifications, no accountability, and no urgency to fix the problem. I will not be ordering again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their money and time here. One star is generous.

Shopping process was smooth and shipping to Czech Republic was super fast. I really appreciate their good prices for authentic products. As a fragrance lover, I like a little thrill when waiting when they stock the fragrance I have been eyeing :)

I have bought several products (mostly perfumes) from this site. There is a wide choice of niche perfumes at really affordable prices (not cheap, but surprisingly cheaper than at other sites). The products arrived quickly and undamaged to Croatia. And all of them were originals. I recommended the site to all my friends.
