Beanbag was delivered but the item was poor quality and looked nothing like the picture.
We sent the item back which cost us delivery fees, they refunded the full amount but wouldn't cover the cost of the delivery and claimed it was unwanted item.
No Beautifulbeanbags its because the item was poor quality and how else am I mean to send it back.
Bad customer service, won't be shopping there again!

Beautiful it is not , mine doesn’t look like the photos on Wowcher they obviously ran out of beads as it is barely full and just about big enough for a child. I’m very disappointed.

Speedy delivery, good products - they do beanbags!
Ordered on Sunday, delivered Tuesday.
The beanbag itself is well made, quality feel to it, with a double zipper design. That gives you some security from chasing spilled polystyrene beads all over the house.
Family company, can't fault them!
