Beauty should not be limited to products
This is a company with beautiful products and we happily ordered tens of thousands of pounds worth of furniture, accessories, curtains, etc
However, the attention to detail is missing. First they managed to have a different chandelier than what we asked for being manufactured. This was rather an easier problem as there was enough time to wait. However, it was our time that was liberally spent on their wrong doing.
The real issue started with the curtains. Now, the curtains are ready. But they do not have the accessories to go with the curtains. When I say accessories, I mean poles. 5 weeks lead time for the poles to hang the curtains that are ready.
When we ask them to keep our furniture, they charged storage fee. All fair. But what about the delay with their wrong doings? Saying "we are sorry" does not cut the problem or thinking they can buy you in offering some discount.
Just beware when dealing with this company : You will pay a lot money like we did. I think you would expect an immaculate product and service in return. Not 'we are sorry'
