Beau capsules mediocre coffee at best
Beau capsules are well made, but don't make good coffee. I've tried their recommended brands.
Nepsresso makes excellent coffee. AND, Nespresso recycles its capsules for free. Of all coffee-makers, they're the last ones to need Beau capsules.

I ordered the capsules on February 20. It is now March 21 and they have not arrived. Their help response was for me to track it thru the USPS. Good luck with that.

It has been over a month and still no…
It has been over a month and still no capsules. They have had my $167 since then with many emails sent from me and no response from them at all. Would never buy from them again and never recommend them to anyone.

I am still waiting for my order - 5 weeks now and they have £120 of mine.
No one will answer emails or messages.
And yet I get several advertising emails a day.

Website portrays to be a UK company…
Website portrays to be a UK company with details on 2 guys, and interestingly they state delivery times 3 to 12 days, but no mention of items being manufactured and sent from China, included questionable small print on returns and shipping. Buyer be very aware. So no doubt i will also now incur custom charges, which i will not pay and then the item will no doubt be returned, but i doubt i will receive a refund. I don't buy Chinese products knowingly and never buy products from offshore locations. Item arrived and is excellent, but still no direct response. So i can recommend the product, but not the service.
