I recently had an issue with my account…

I recently had an issue with my account during the transition from Beatport, and I have to say, the customer service was outstanding.

Pauly was the one who helped me, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He responded quickly, clearly explained the situation, and even provided a complimentary extension on my subscription, which really helped since I had an upcoming event.

It’s rare to find support like this. As a DJ, having reliable access to my music is critical, and thanks to Pauly, I wasn’t left stuck.

Highly recommend, not just for the platform, but for the level of customer care they provide.

The UI is so bad in mobile and desktop…

The UI is so bad in mobile and desktop version. Man, trying to buy some tracks, always getting the message "could not validate your card", like why? 3 different cards, the info is correct all the websites are accepting it but Beatport is beatport. Also, the mobile app is so bad, functionality is counterintuitive, and you can't browse new releases, just whatever they recommend. Removing from playlist is so bad, you have to bulk select even if you want to delete 1 track. Can't believe this is NR 1 app for dj's and music producers.

I had some technical issues that I…

I had some technical issues that I needed help with I called support at beatport and spoke to Jess. She worked diligently all day to find answers and resolutions to all of the issues that I was experiencing. She even noticed some things that I was not aware of. I can't think just enough for all the help and work she did today getting things in order for me with my downloads and my account. If you're reading this thanks again Jess appreciate all the help

Fantastic customer 1st service

Fantastic customer 1st service! I had accidentally made a purchase in an incorrect file format, reached out to Beatport's customer service to see if I could get it changed. There was no way to convert the file formats to what I needed, so they credited my account for the error that I myself made, and allowed me to repurchase the correct file format with the credits I received from my own mistake. Now THAT is looking out for your customers. Thank you so much Beatport!

Five star rating for Beatports customer…

Five star rating for Beatports customer support. Technical issues with changing from a monthly to a yearly subscription were solved fast and in a professional and friendly manner. I had one person of contact that took care of my case with accountability, additionally increasing my trust.

Beatport customer service - excellent

My experience with Beatport customer service has been thoroughly positive. Not only were they helpful in refunding me a few hours after the request, but they took active interest in finding out about the bug that led to the mistaken purchase. Thanks to Cory for taking care 🙏

Problem Solved

I’ve used Beatport for years as it works really well with the controller that I have. Recently took out a paid subscription and an issue that I raised was dealt with very quickly and sorted with no hassle.

Fast and professional customer support

I contacted Beatport customer support regarding a streaming subscription issue and billing attempts after a free trial.

The support team responded quickly, clearly explained the situation, and promptly cancelled the subscription, confirming that no further charges would occur. The communication was professional, polite, and effective, which made the whole experience stress-free.

Based on this interaction, I can say their customer support is reliable and helpful when needed.

Please improve the audio volume for listening…

Please improve the audio volume settings in the browser or change the limit! SCHOCK & Pain in my ears. My roommate had the same problem. Costumer service promised to look at it. But clearly nothing changed a half a year later. It's absurd. Each time I go back to the site/log in , the Vol is way higher then any of my other music servers and back to max volume if I had lowered it before. What a waste of an otherwise great site to listen and buy music. This could really cause hearing damage!

Solved issue with re-downloading

The service of Beatport just helped me a lot with re-downloading a purchase in another format (aiff instead of wav). I re-purchased my wav files as aiff and Beatport gave me download credits for my next order. Fast service, very nice contact on email. Thx Beatport
