Ordered 2 bears for christening presents, really pleased with them. Lovingly gift wrapped and delivered quickly. Had a minor problem with delivery address but customer service was excellent and solved the problem promptly. Will definitely be recommending to friends. 10/10

Two items ordered with personalised jumpers, delivered quickly and beautifully wrapped in cellophane and individual boxes. Slight hiccup with one jumper but quickly resolved and replacement arrived the following day - thank you for your professionalism! Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Excellent Service
I placed my order for two items. Within a couple of hours I received an email from Sales stating that one of the items was unavailable and would I like to choose a replacement and also an extra item as an apology. I emailed back selecting two other items. I received my order where each item was beautifully wrapped in cellophane with a coloured ribbon tying the top. I was very impressed by the service from this company.
