I've ordered twice in 2 weeks from these guys now, both times delivered in 2 business days. I qualified for the free standard shipping each time ($35 or more) but paid the extra $3.99 for express.
The quality of the products was great but I already knew what I was buying, this review isn't about that, it's about the shipping.
Most places, when you qualify for free shipping, offer express at the full price, $12+, not these guys, $3.99!
When Beard & Blade have what I want at the right price I will 100% go through them, well worth checking out if you're on the fence 🙂

Two products failed on me (a hair straightener and a beard trimmer) and both stopped working earlier than expected.

Australia Post lost the item but Beard and Blade staff express posted a new item to me at no cost to myself. They were courteous professional and showed empathy in dealing with my issue. Due to the exemplary customer service I will definately buy from them again.

Australia post stuffed up the delivery of my little parcel of goodness and Beard and Blade could not have been more helpful. I really appreciate the lengths they went to to make sure I remained a satisfied customer. It's all well and good to order and receive, but when something goes wrong, it's reassuring to know that there is personalised, service available right here in Australia to assist. I could not be more happier with Beard and Blade and highly recommend them.

Fast shipping, free postage, great advice and above all a great range of products at very resonable prices. I would not hesitate to recommend this comany to anyone. Looking for good old fashioned honest service.
